EQD Arrows

I traced this one a while back and created the Lawn Darts PCB over on the store from it. About time I made a perf and etch layout. If a Rangemaster and an Electra ever got together and had a baby, the Arrows would be the baby. Should be an easy fit in a 1590A with the pot board mounted.

  1. Thanks for another great layout! This one looks like a nice daughter board to put as a gain boost before some amp in a box pedals. One question, I can see the electra in the schematic, but what makes this a treble booster, the coupling caps values?

    1. Yes, tho the similarity to the Rangermaster refers more to the boost control.

  3. I build one and with the level cranked the volume is only slightly above unity. Any suggestions of things to try?

  4. Thanks for this!!
1 - What would I need to change to lower the overall gain / dirt?
2 - If I wanted to add a volume pot - what would i need to do?

  5. Hello everyone, great Booster!
but if you swap "+" and "1" then LPF will work))

  6. Hello everyone, verified pedal with a 2n7000. It sounds good, with a lot of character, but I would like it to add more bass to the boost, since the impression it gives me is that it compresses the low frequencies to boost the high mids. Do you know if it is possible? or maybe it is because of using the 2n7000? thanks for your work :)
