This is a library of perfboard and single-sided PCB effect layouts for guitar and bass. I'm not an electrical engineer by any stretch of the imagination, just a DIY'er who likes drawing layouts. It is meant for the hobbyist (so commercial use of any of these layout is not allowed without permission) and as a way to give back to the online DIY community.

If i wan a deep sound, I´ve to change the 100nf cap of lug 3 intensity, right?
ReplyDeleteProbably just up the value of all the film caps if you want a lot of bass or want to use this on bass.
DeleteThanks for reply, I´ll try and report.
DeleteAnother nice working circuit! I made some modifications to the cap values (to get more low end) and used other transistors (MPSA are not easy to purchase in my country). Thanks for the layout!
ReplyDeleteThis thing is super loud, oscillates anywhere i place the pots D: is this normal?
ReplyDeleteI just want to ask what's the voltage value of that electrolytic cap?
ReplyDeleteTheoretically, anything equal to or higher than the supply voltage (9v). In practice though, I don't use anything lower than 25v for supply filter caps.
DeleteAny other source for the schematic? Devi's DIY ones are offline, cant seem to find a reference schematic anywhere.
