This is a library of perfboard and single-sided PCB effect layouts for guitar and bass. I'm not an electrical engineer by any stretch of the imagination, just a DIY'er who likes drawing layouts. It is meant for the hobbyist (so commercial use of any of these layout is not allowed without permission) and as a way to give back to the online DIY community.

Deleteis there any possibility that you make a multi power supply brother?
ReplyDelete1 power supply for some pedals.
You could easily tack this onto a project like Small Bear's power supply project. Here's that tutorial:

There's a kit you can buy, but you could easily source the parts yourself. I'll see what I can come up with for a full project though.
Just did a little research and there's no sense re-inventing the wheel. This Instructable fits the bill perfectly.

It has outs for 5, 9 and 12 volts, though if I were building it, I would swap out the 7805 regulator for 5v and put in a 7818 for 18v.
Could you please make it in you layout..

ReplyDeleteI didn't understand what it is. Sorry, I am very new on this. By the way, very nice blog, one of the best DIY pedal blogs (if not the best). Great work.
ReplyDeleteCan I feed a normal +9/+18v pedal, and a -9v pedal at the same time, sharing ground without any problem? Like a positive ground fuzz face?
ReplyDeleteYep that's the idea.
