This is a library of perfboard and single-sided PCB effect layouts for guitar and bass. I'm not an electrical engineer by any stretch of the imagination, just a DIY'er who likes drawing layouts. It is meant for the hobbyist (so commercial use of any of these layout is not allowed without permission) and as a way to give back to the online DIY community.

Sarno Earth Drive

 This one's gotten a fair amount of hype over the years. It's essentially a Timmy without the bass control and a few different values. The IC and clipping diodes haven't been confirmed, other than 2 silicon, 2 germanium. 1N4148 and 1N34A should get you pretty darn close. IC is just a dual op-amp so socket and audition your favorites. Schematic here for reference.

    verified Layout! 4558 and 4148,1n270s. Its like so many drives but is a good one. I'll test different op amps and diodes for kicks later.

    just want to share a softlatch circuit with only 2 npn transistor. think this is not quite small. can you make it more compact like what you did on 3 transistor softlatch circuit
