Here's a transistor based overdrive I came across on FSB. Demos sound interesting, so give it ago. Easy fit in a 1590B.
This is a library of perfboard and single-sided PCB effect layouts for guitar and bass. I'm not an electrical engineer by any stretch of the imagination, just a DIY'er who likes drawing layouts. It is meant for the hobbyist (so commercial use of any of these layout is not allowed without permission) and as a way to give back to the online DIY community.
It works!!
ReplyDeleteSounds like the demos from the start.
DeleteThat was fast. Thanks for verifying!
DeleteCould you make a layout for this fuzz https://www.pedalpcb.com/product/pcb388/
DeleteNeed a source for those knobs!!
ReplyDeleteThose are guitar knobs: Amber speed knobs
DeleteI like to try to make an effect pedal using this website layout. However, I don’t know how to read this layout. And why is the black line on the stripboard? Is the mean I have to connect using wires?
ReplyDeleteperf board not strip board. use the component leeds.
DeletePlease debug sound saw
ReplyDeleteHi Trevor. The general routine here is that layouts are posted and then it's kinda our job to try them and debug if necessary. You might get a better response by posting the Sound Saw layout/schematic and your problems up on Freestompboxes.org. There's more of a community there who are into the troubleshooting help. Good luck!
DeleteHi, I wanted to send you a layout suggestion, I got in touch on instagram, but I didn't get back, how can I get in touch privately? sorry my english, i'm brazilian and i think your page is the best in the segment
