This is a library of perfboard and single-sided PCB effect layouts for guitar and bass. I'm not an electrical engineer by any stretch of the imagination, just a DIY'er who likes drawing layouts. It is meant for the hobbyist (so commercial use of any of these layout is not allowed without permission) and as a way to give back to the online DIY community.

Keeley Rotten Apple

Happy Fuzz Friday, everyone! Here's another one of Robert Keeley's takes on the IC Big Muff with a quad opamp (the other being the Psi Fuzz). Pots are board mounted and it should fit into a 1590B.

  5. Which type of switch can you use? Watching the video would look like a three-way switch (on \ on-on \ on). Is this right?

  7. Just built it, everything seems to be ok, maybe a bit different sound, but there's a quite notable gain noise. Will it go away after I put it in the box?
