Got a request for this one, it's a good addition to the collection. It's Ibanez's take on the RAT in their Power Series from the mid-late 80s. It's very similar to the LM7 LA Metal circuit, with just a few value changes and omissions (detailed below). I removed the FET switching and output buffer to simplify things. Here's the schematic for reference.
This is a library of perfboard and single-sided PCB effect layouts for guitar and bass. I'm not an electrical engineer by any stretch of the imagination, just a DIY'er who likes drawing layouts. It is meant for the hobbyist (so commercial use of any of these layout is not allowed without permission) and as a way to give back to the online DIY community.

(i used the values shown in your layout only the 200r resistor is replaced by a 220r,and the 3,3uf cab replaced by a 2,2uf, thats what i had at home.)
anyway this thing works great, and i think you can mark it as "verified"

the fat cat works great, but the la-metal creates an awful noise anytime i turn the volume up!
it sounds like the signal is crancked in a strange way.......
