This is a library of perfboard and single-sided PCB effect layouts for guitar and bass. I'm not an electrical engineer by any stretch of the imagination, just a DIY'er who likes drawing layouts. It is meant for the hobbyist (so commercial use of any of these layout is not allowed without permission) and as a way to give back to the online DIY community.
The Amber Drive is a slightly tweaked Fire Red Fuzz. Not a whole lot of differences between the two other than some value changes, but it's enough to make this not as fuzzy as the FRF apparently.
Verified, but also having the same problem with Joachim, whining sound when the drive is full. I'll play with the value of drive pot later. Too tired after verifying two pedals... :D

ReplyDeleteCool. Just remember this is a Big Muff variant, so some noise is going to be expected, especially when things are maxed.
