And since all the offboard wiring is making a few people say, "WTF," here's the rat's nest that is the offboard wiring for this effect. The "In" and "Out" wires go to the normal 3PDT switch you'd use for effect on/off.
This is a library of perfboard and single-sided PCB effect layouts for guitar and bass. I'm not an electrical engineer by any stretch of the imagination, just a DIY'er who likes drawing layouts. It is meant for the hobbyist (so commercial use of any of these layout is not allowed without permission) and as a way to give back to the online DIY community.

Nice work, Guilherme! Very tidy build. Thanks for posting the pics.
DeleteHey buddy!
ReplyDeleteI'm building this one, and let me tell you that the offboard wiring layout is a bit incorrect:
- The board output must go to Boost Sw 2
- The 4n7/18n cap switch could be in the extra output hole
Thanks, as always! :)
It would appear that Q1 is listed as both a 2N2222 and 2N3906. Forced to assume that Q1 is 2N2222 and Q2 is 2N3906 respectively.
