This is a library of perfboard and single-sided PCB effect layouts for guitar and bass. I'm not an electrical engineer by any stretch of the imagination, just a DIY'er who likes drawing layouts. It is meant for the hobbyist (so commercial use of any of these layout is not allowed without permission) and as a way to give back to the online DIY community.
Here's an interesting opamp-based fuzz from Demeter for Fuzz Friday. I imagine other dual opamps can be used in place of the LF442, so socket and experiment. The trimmer in the original seems to be set at 2.5k. Schematic can be found here.
can i make a request for a redbox cabsim with phantom powering? and a musicman sabre II bass preamp in an aluminum box? hoping my wish will be granted.. salamat po! ��
Hi, this layout is now verified. I replaced the A20k of TONE with A50k to make the change more dynamic. As to the clipping switch, no apparent difference between LEDs and LEDs+4148s+34As. It would be a good mod with a DPDT switch to go between LEDs and 4148s+34As. Anyway, this one sounds great. It's a fuzz for those who don't like fuzz.
