Greer Amps Black Mountian

 Here's one of Greer's latest offerings. Seems like a simplified OCD circuit with some value changes and different clipping diodes. Schematic for reference. Easy fit in a 1590B.

    I built this one and I'm having a problem: I only get signal when the gain is at zero, if I increase the gain, the signal drops

    it OK to swap out the TL082 for TlO72? I've got a bunch in my box but no TL082s
