This is been traced for a few weeks now over on FSB and I've meant to lay it out since then, but just now getting around to it. If you don't know, it's an amp-in-a-box type trying to emulate a Dumble amp. Apparently it sounds very good with smaller amps. Should fit nicely in a 1590B with board mounted pots as per usual.
Just when I thought I was free...you pulled me back in, mark this one verified, sounds great.
ReplyDeleteThanks for verifying! I'll be waiting for parts on this one.
DeletePleace man, Line selector Boss!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe I missed this one.
ReplyDeleteVery nice sounding pedal.
I used an LM833 instead of the TLC2272
Verified. I like it very much. Thank you for sharing as always.
ReplyDeleteBest clone pedal I've ever played, Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI also made it with LM833. Very good pedal. Somehow similar to a Zendrive. I made it in one box with an Orange Squeezer with external Compression pot. This Simble just loves the squeezer. Seriosly, if you are a strat blues player these two are all what you need.
ReplyDeleteHello, I'm note sure I'm reading good about 2 values. On the circuit I'm hesitating between 8.2nf and 82 nf for a capa. and between 2.2 M and 22M for a resistor. Can somebody confirm please.
ReplyDeleteIt's 8.2nF and 2.2M
DeleteThank you very much for your answer. I'm gonna do it...
ReplyDeleteWell - I get output - how come it's not overdriving- any suggestions anyone?
ReplyDeleteSaliĆ³ andando de una!!!
ReplyDeleteMuy buen aporte!! Muchas gracias, funcionando a la primera!!
ReplyDeleteanyone got the schem for the simble booster?!
ReplyDeleteThe pedal sounds beautiful but the volume is low. Only near the end of the potentiometer's travel does it exceed the volume of the off pedal. Is it a fault?
ReplyDeleteThe same low level issue here? Any idea about possible reason?
DeleteThe same low level issue here. On the other hand, the gain is too high, it was far from mad professor's simble. Here was a higain
DeleteThanks for sharing all this beautiful information!! Would a tl072 work?
ReplyDeleteChecked everything and still can't get anything out of the countour pot. Everything else works great.
ReplyDeletehello everything is fine? I checked here and I didn't find the dumbloid? did you make a pcb for it?
