Stumbled across this circuit a little while back and thought it would be a nice change from most of the opamp-based overdrives out there. Should fit nicely in a 1590B.
mark it verified, David! Such crunchy over, not high gain. That sound like hybryd fuzz with low gain. Nice working with booster or another over before it. Q2 used 2n3904, but better some with hfe more 500, i used bc 549c!Q3 -2n7000, Q4 pnp Ge tried hfe 60 & 100 - indifferent.
Dimensions for all the boards are in the transfer image pdf. Go up to the Transfer Image Library tab at the top of the page (switch to desktop view if you're on mobile) and you'll find scaled pdfs for everything on the blog.
That's great!! More circuits transistorized, please...
ReplyDeleteWe need more circuits with transistors(without most opamp-based circuits out there).
Thanks!
Did you verify it?
