Got a request to do this one again but with board mounted pots. If you don't know, it's a FET emulation of the classic Supro 16T amp. More info, schematic and demos can be found on the Run Off Groove article.
The layout's correct when using an LT1054, I think. I used a 1044 and connected Pin 1 to 8 and Pin 5 to ground to make it work (built it on perfboard). With ~12V on each drain it squealed when the gain was all the way up, but that's easily adjustable with the trim pots. I used a 1.8nF for the tone cap, a 330p instead of the 270p in the first stage and 6.8nF for CX. Works fine and sounds really good!
