I prefer having the volume at the end like the eqd black eye. I guess it could go between the sho and the buffer.in this circuit. replace the 5ck with a trim pot or just a resistor. It does sound good and gets me playing and listening.
Hi Dee, The Boost control is not for volume it's for gain..., although it will logically increase the volume, so you can have both controls: Gain & Volume (at the end) and the pedal will be better because it can be set to maximum gain without have a lot of volume.
it's been quite a while with no fuzz Friday (( what about this ? can you make a board for this device https://docs.pedalpcb.com/project/Cujo-PedalPCB.pdf
Verified. Nice sounding boost. The 100uf caps are labeled 100nf.
ReplyDeleteI guess you simplified the power filtering? It sounds good on my supply.
DeleteIt appears to be a SHO with output buffer: is this it?
ReplyDeletethe schematics here https://docs.pedalpcb.com/project/ModusOperandi-PedalPCB.pdf
ReplyDeleteOk! Thanks Dee ;)
ReplyDeleteand... Yes, I confirm that's a Zvex SHO with output buffer.

ReplyDeleteSaludos amigos, Verifiquenlo, ya lo construi y esta muy bien. Lo puse como preamp en un amplificador de 100w que también construi.
